The fastest route to a technician is the phone — the dispatcher can tell you the next available slot while you are on the call. Call (855) 555-0143, any day between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
Prefer to write? Email support@aplusapplianceexperts.com and we will come back to you the same day.
We are a mobile service company: technicians come to you across Chicago and DuPage County. There is no walk-in counter, so please call or book online rather than turning up with an appliance.
What to Have Ready When You Call
Four things make the difference between a repair finished on the first visit and a return trip: the brand, the model number from the data plate, one sentence describing the symptom, and any code showing on the display.
With those, the dispatcher can usually tell which part is likely involved and the van is loaded before it leaves. Without them the technician diagnoses on site and orders afterwards, which adds days rather than minutes.
Where to Find the Model Number
- Refrigerators and dishwashers — on a plate inside the door frame.
- Top-load washers — on the rim under the lid.
- Dryers — behind the door, usually on the upper edge of the opening.
- Ranges and wall ovens — behind the door on the frame, or under the cooktop lip.
- Built-in and undercounter units — inside the door, often on the side wall of the cabinet.
When to Call Rather Than Book Online
Anything involving gas. If you can smell gas, turn the appliance off, ventilate the room, and call from outside it — if the smell is strong, call the utility first and us second.
Also worth a call rather than a form: water actively leaking, a refrigerator with a full freezer that has stopped, or an appliance tripping a breaker repeatedly. Those are dispatched differently and a dispatcher can do that in the conversation.
