How is the repair priced — do you charge by the hour?
We quote a flat price per repair, not an hourly rate. The quote covers parts and labor and is given to you before any work starts, so a job that turns out to be more difficult than expected does not change what you pay.
Which appliance brands do you service?
All major residential brands and most light commercial equipment — from Whirlpool, LG and Samsung through to Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Miele and Gaggenau.
Do you offer same-day or emergency service?
Yes. We hold same-day slots every day of the week, and failures that cause damage or spoilage — a dead refrigerator, a leaking washer, no hot water — move to the front of the schedule.
How long does a visit usually take?
We book two-hour arrival windows and call ahead when the technician is on the way. Most diagnoses take under an hour, and roughly four out of five repairs are finished on the first visit from parts carried on the van.
Is there a warranty on parts and labor?
Every completed repair comes with a written warranty covering both the part we installed and the labor to install it. If the same issue returns within that period, the return visit is free.
